Winzer warrants that products delivered by Winzer to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If Winzer determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs. Winzer’s sole responsibility under warranty shall be, at Winzer’s option, to either repair or replace (using standard delivery service) any product that fails during the warranty period due to a defect in workmanship and/or material, provided the purchaser has promptly reported the defect to Winzer in writing, and Winzer has, upon inspection, found such products to be indeed defective. This stated warranty is in lieu of all liabilities or obligations of Winzer for damages arising out of, or in connection with, the delivery, use, or performance of Approved Winzer Products. Winzer stands behind its goods with significant product liability insurance.
This limited warranty is the only warranty from Winzer. Winzer makes, and the purchaser receives, no other warranty, either express or implied, including without limitation, all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the products, and Winzer expressly disclaims the same.
In no event shall Winzer be liable for any consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages, direct or indirect, including but not limited to loss of use, revenue, or profit arising in connection with Approved Winzer Products, even if Winzer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
It is also important to note that any product purchased by a franchisee for a customer from a company other than Winzer is not covered under the Winzer warranty.

"FastServ Berry-Zyme is a powerful waste-digesting deodorizer and drain maintainer that Contains 300 billion CFU per gallon bacillus subtilis bacillus amololiquifaciens bacillus lichenformis bacillus megatherium and pseudomonal florescens.
- Contains 300 billion CFU per gallon of the following: bacillus subtilis bacillus amololiquifaciens bacillus lichenformis bacillus megatherium and pseudomonal florescens.
- Contains powerful waste-digesting bacteria-producing enzymes
- May be used to remove pet and other organic stains and odors from carpeting upholstery and fabric
- Digests and liquefies organic waste grease and food
- Can be used in septic tanks Portable toilets RV holding tanks restaurant grease traps kennels hospitals homes offices hospitality municipal carpet and upholstery
- Non-toxic Save for all types of pluming Will not harm carpeting upholstery or other textiles pleasant Berry fragrance.
- CARPET DEODORIZING AND ORGANIC WASTE: Mix 1/2 to 1 pint of product per gallon of water. Apply with pump or trigger sprayer. Allow to remain moist for 30 minutes. Repeat if necessary. May be used with all types of carpet cleaning equipment and methods.
- GREASE TRAPS: Pour directly into sink or pipe closest to trap typically at night. Flush down with a cup of lukewarm water. Use 4-5 oz. daily for traps less than 20 cu. ft. For larger traps use 8-10 oz. daily.
- PORTA-TOILETS: Directly add 1 gallon and cover the solids with water. Repeat each time toilet is pumped.
- SEPTIC TANKS: Add 1 pint per 25 cu. ft. for initial treatment. Then use 8 oz. per week. Pour directly into toilet. If tank is clogged and odorous add 1 gallon directly through tank manhole.
- DRAIN LINES AND DOWN PIPES: Use 4 oz. for each 2 inches of pipe size 2-4 times weekly.
- RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Initially use 2 oz. per gallon of water. Maintain at 1 oz. per gallon of water. For use at a dump station use 1 gallon per 50 gallons tank capacity. Maintain at 1 pint per week.
